Always be grateful, huh?
BUT seriously. I mean it. Practice to be grateful if you can’t feel it deeply. I think many of us needs to remind ourselves to stop, look up and pause. And really look around. We have so much to be grateful for in life.
Sunny days, safety, dreams coming true and all the amazing people that spread light & love in the world. All interesting meetings, new opportunities and magic moments. Or basic things like a bed to sleep in, clean clothes, a kitchen to cook food in, money to make it work, a work to go to, and yea I could go on forever.
We know that focus on grateful thoughts sends positive messages to our nerv system and is pure love for body and mind. It’s healing energy. And a magnet for more things aligned with the frequency.
Because if we always think about stuff we don't have, that's the energy we sending out, and getting back. It becomes our reality and the body and soul thinks that you are not happy what you got because the attention is on everything you want.
I don't say we can’t talk about future dreams and goals. We can talk, and should talk about want we want in life, but we can do it in two ways. Be thankful for where you are, what you have and feel happiness where you are at the moment. So you are excited for what’s waiting, aware about what you want and working towards that. Or it’s in a way where you think “if I just get this and that, then I will be happy”...
Perhaps you already do it, having a gratitude journal. If you don’t have it, I invite you to create a habit or routine in your everyday life where you write down three things that you feel grateful for and notice how it affects yourself. It makes a difference. Huge difference.
So let's drop down to our hearts and close our eyes for a few seconds. What do I feel grateful for today?
