GENERAL

These general terms and conditions (the ”General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the ”Customer”) place an order via www.soulicollective.com and related pages, (the ”Website”). The agreement is concluded between you and Souli Collective AB. If you are under 18 years of age, you have to have permission from your guardian to order from us.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that the General Terms will be updated from time to time. You should, therefore, keep up to date with this page, to be aware of potential changes to the General Terms made by Souli Collective.

Access to the website is given on a temporary basis and Souli Collective reserves the right to revoke or change the Services without any prior notice.Souli Collective will not be held responsible if this website is unavailable at any Point for a certain period of time. From time to time we might restrict access to certain parts or the entire website.

PRICING

All prices include 25% VAT. Souli Collective reserves the right to change pricing on a continual basis for all products in our range, regardless of whether it involves an increase or decrease. The price stated at the time of purchase applies. Every Souli Collective campaign applies while supplies last unless otherwise stated in the product description.

TAXES & DUTIES

Your order may be subject to local taxes and import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority or the used shipping carrier. We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries. Souli Collective does not cover any such taxes, duties or related charges.

ORDERING

Once we have received your order you will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and not an acceptance of your order. Once the order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Souli Collective does not guarantee that all items included on the site are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable you will be contacted shortly by email.

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order and reserve the right not to deliver for any reason without any liability to you. Examples of when we may not accept your order include, but are not limited to, incorrect stock level shown on site at the time of receiving the order or if we are unable to authorize your payment.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of Souli Collective products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and Souli Collective reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRANSFER OF RISK

When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent by email. Should you wish to annul or make any alterations to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You become the owner of the ordered goods when they have been physically delivered to you and we have received payment in full from you. When the goods have been delivered to you, the responsibility for any loss or damage is passed on to you.

PRODUCTS

We do our utmost to show the colors and design of our products as true to life and as accurately as possible on our website, but we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed in the online shop are exactly what they are like in real life. The color on the screen could depend on your computer and the settings of your screen. Not can we guarantee that all the images replicate exactly what the goods look like in real life.

Souli Collective has the right to change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice.

PROMOTIONS

Promotion codes are limited to one time per customer and cannot be combined with other offers, if not otherwise explicitly stated. Promotion codes and offers are only valid within the explicitly set time or as far as we have stock and not applicable to previously placed orders.
